Done as part of a practice session with poses of 1 minute in length.

My current goal is: Reduce stiffness and make my drawings feel more dynamic, energetic, fluid

I really love the movemnt in your drawings. To get more better you should make some lines darker, that would express curves better. Good luck!

That is very marvelous sketches, totally outstanding work, BPHarr273. If I was to give you a pointer or two on how to improve your sketches, it would be to shade in one or two poses of your choice, in order to better focus on the overall silhouette. The reason why is because, like I said, to better focus on the overall pose of the silhouette.

Hope it's been definitely and infinitely pragmatic.

Best take care in these uncertain times!

Movement is starting to happen here. The body exaggerates more with movement, so I think you've got a good feel for that. Sometimes, in the park, I'll watch people for like 10 seconds and then try to record their movement from memory. Try that, too?

These are very good but i would recommend trying to use even less lines and try to go as simple as possible, besides that these are great :)
