If I was to tell you how to improve, then it would be to do 25 minutes of more 30 second poses of bodies, please??
The reason why is because, if this book and more could be useful to your learning curve, then they'll do you great.

To improve you need to practice. Practice makes better. Practice will help you develop your personal style. The overall quality of your work is very good. The hands are mostly very good, but the feet need some work. Line-of-Action has a section on hands & feet. Be sure to date your work. Why? You date the works so that you can go back to compare your works for progress.
