These are looking nice Naima! The anatomy looks believable for the most part, and the subtle shading is enough to give us an idea of the underlying forms. I would say just loosen up! Something that really helped me with making my drawings less stiff was to attach my drawing utensil to a stick–makes the line harder to control but you get looser, more fluid drawings. Then you can observe and try to replicate the markmaking that you do like to carry with you into longer drawings. (drawing with your non-dominant hand is a similar technique!)

I really like your use of shadows, especially in the foot, and top right hand. But, I think you should avoid drawing hard outlines. Especially if an outline is the first thing drawn, it can be hard to keep proper form when there is nothing to ground you. Though having good definition in a drawing is important, it should build up naturally over time. Starting with guidelines (like a line of action, and circles at the joints), may make it easier for you to keep proportions. I would try re-drawing one of these using very loose, and sketchy lines, and focusing only on the form (shape, lighting, texture, etc). It'll let you compare directly if you see any improvements!
