Gesture Practice 7/31/2024

I'm still working through trying to figure out the basics - the shapes of the torso and waist as circular shapes confuse me

I'm also working through Draw a Box, which is why I haven't posted any practices in a while

I'm hoping to start Lesson 2 for that soon.

Any tips, instructions or other points will help a lot - once a gesture is past two minutes in length, I'm commonly cutting them in half for time and moving on to the next one as I don't know how to better the shapes/forms/details of the subject
