Hello!, so these are some 1 minute gestures Ive been doing (except the single body, which was done in five), and I feel as if I get lost trying to replicate the photo while losing sight of the line of action and other basics, any advise?

Just my idea, but I think your gestures could benefit from producing a series, where you only draw the hips abstracted to a 3-d block, and the chest, either also as a block, or as that flat half-egg shape.
Not to continue doing that for all time, but to get a firm grasp about the distance from hip to chest, the angles they typically have to each other, and the graphical effect that produces.
It's not that you have no clue of that at all, or that you are horribly off, but to me it looks like it is the part of the gesture, where you are insecure and winging it, so focusing at that for a short while might help you tighten some screws.

My one min stuff is mostly hips and ribs and head with the LOA put down first. Sometimes I have time to ground the pose and get in the shoulder positions too. I feel like you're missing the point of these warm up sketches. It's to loosen you up and get you out of the details, to get you to see the entire shape and flow of what you're drawing.

I know it seems counter intuitive but try slowing down, you're not there to make finished drawings, you are trying to learn to intuit what the basic shapes of a human are and where to put them relative to each other. If you put the 4 foundational shapes down, you should then be able to work out the rest of the body without even looking at the model.

    I hope that helps x
