Hi, everyone! You can call me Charity or CBArts. I am a homeschooled high school student from the US. I wanted to join a group here because I get distracted from time to time and sometimes won't draw from weeks on end. This is the case for me now....and making my own dynamic and fluid poses are harder now. I am also really bad at drawing hands and side profiles, hehe. What I really need is for people to keep me accountable in trying to help me draw every day to help me to get better.
I want to have a job relating to character design/animation or just run my own art studio. I am currently attending an oil painting class, and have graduated from the charcoal and soft pastels course (even though I may need a bit more practice because it's been about 3 years since I did that).
Funny story (kinda embarrassing too)- I was really excited to see my friends' little brother that I hugged him. However, I looked down to see that it was not him, but a child that looked like him. The child actually came to hug me back, and thankfully the mother kinda knew who I was or else I would be in trouble. I walked away so embarrassed.
Something fun I did this year- I was an art counselor for a week for my church's day camp program.
