    Hi! I believe you captured the gestures well in a lot of your poses within 15 seconds with the by having muscles that contract and relax.

    If you want to improve on making whole body gestures within the short time span you should focus on the whole body not just the upper torso but if you're just practicing for the upper torso I think you're on the right track :D

    This is my first time trying class mode and hopefully I'll be more consistent on practicing.

    I'm an art student but this has been the part of the body I have the hardest grasp on and I barely improved or got tips from my curriculum so any comment would help!
