You are able to get a good and proportionate reading of each pose in such a short amount of time!

From what I see from these 4 drawings, it looks as if you run through a system of drawing each part of the body (ovals for each limb, marks for the chest muscles, etc). That isn't bad, but I would suggest you don't always stick to that. Maybe you can look for the overall curve in the spine or in the arms/legs as a whole? It has helped me in the past to keep some of the limbs as just curves, so I don't get too focused on the complex shapes that all the muscle and bone detail adds up to create. It is better for quick studies, I think.
I feel like the poses are a bit stiff, and maybe that could help.
Good work though, keep it up!

The pose is very fluid and you use organic shapes very well. I especially like how you drew the legs, the foreshortened one looks especially good with the way you drew the muscles splayed out a bit where it is laying on top of the block.
The shoulders are a bit confusing in my opinion. Have you tried the technique where you draw cubes/ovals where the chest and hips should be? If you use cubes, it can really help map out the angle in which each part is rotated in 3d space. It can help to also add little spheres or points where the shoulders are in relative to the box of the chest.
This is looking really great though, keep it up!

Woah, your sense of anatomy and fluidity have definitely improved from those two pages! The more recent drawings look so fun. I love how you're using the flat edge of the pencil too

Holy cow these are amazing!! I see a lot of confidence with your line control, and each pose is readable and has character!
If I were you, I would practice some sketches that focus on where the center of weight is in the figure, and how that relates to the feet and ground. Maybe also darken or thicken some of the lines to add weight or dynamics? Only if you wanted to. These are very good

Hey, I have done these in 5 minutes. I am trying to get good at drawing quickly. Do you think I have captured any bit of human soul in these portraits? Or do they look plain?

    These are looking pretty good!
It might help to practice another way of drawing hands - use curved lines to get the gesture of each finger, and put a tiny dot or circle to represent where each joint is.
Also, some hands have a bit of a bump where the joints are.
