I agree your photo is blurry. It took me a bit to realize what I'm looking at. A clearer photo would help that greatly. Perhaps set your camera down or set it to a shorter exposure time to avoid this issue in the future. But that has little to do with your drawing.

As for your drawing, I feel the hands blend a bit too much into the background. You made the hands just as dark as the background so they really don't stand out. Perhaps make your background less in focus and your foreground sharper. This will help show the viewer what you want them to focus on.

Due to the blurry, I can't comment too much on the anatomy, but it doesn't look much off. The hands look to be the same length as the face from chin to hairline which is correct. I like the face. It's abstract but distinct enough to make out all the features. Keep it up!

The darkness of the face and how it's so different from the rest of the image draws your eye to the face instead of anything else on the image. Again this could be fixed by making the arms and hands similar to the way you did the face. That would bring them further into the foreground and make them stand out more.

I see a cave with two tentacles growing out of the ground, maybe even a head dangling from the roof, drippling with decaying flesh and a glowing piece of gold reflected by the light coming from the entrance. Way to tell a story bro ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
