Thanks for sharing!
It's great you're doing studies like that, however I can see it took you a lot of time to finish this one (maybe 10 or more minutes?), and you captured a lot of details (dress, skates, hair, detailed face), but there still are problems with proportions and anatomy. The thing with it is that these details would look better on a figure with good proportions and form, right?
You'd benefit a lot from doing shorter gesture drawings (30-60 seconds). The point of shorter drawings is to learn to capture only the most important parts of a human figure, without having time to delve into unnecessary details. Also I'd highly recommed watching how masters do short gesture drawings, to learn (Glenn Vilppu is great)
Keep on drawing, it's awesome!

The hair is drawn very well, but the orientation of the limbs is not adequately represented. The wrist and arm of the hand that is closer to the front are not distinguished (the contrast in thickness also suggests structural relationships). Instead of copying the photo exactly, it would be better to use the photo as a reference and incorporate your own subjective refinement (aesthetics, technique, expression, focus) in your drawing.
