feet and hand

Where is the gesture on these hands and feet? I think and feel that you'll really find this helpful if you absolutely did a drawing of feet in 30 seconds. Thanks.

yes i have this problem with gesture and also with proportion. with second one is easy it will came with studying, but with gesture i do not have clue how to get it.

But thank you for noticing this problem.
