14-Second Hand Planted on the Ground

Done as part of a practice session with poses of 14 seconds in length.

My current goal is: Make any hand and foot look, seem and feel like I did and have done ‘em all in one stroke, using my right side of the brain.

Just getting into the range of movement of this palm and what that palm is doing.
