It seems like a nice painting , Maybe needs more bounce light off the white surface. Have fun with it. why you are not happy with it?..
The proportions look natural and the colours are amazing. Well done!
In my opinion try using harder lines. Harsher light spots and shadows, so it doesn't look too soft or incomplete. It just needs that final touch.
Overall outstanding practice!
