Hi!
I'll give you some advice, as an arts student and someone who has been drawing for over 10 years.
your base lines aren't very sharp and decisive. it might be part of your artstyle (doing all those little strokes to achieve a line), but the line of action should ALWAYS be decise, dynamic, flowy. the line of action of this drawing should be curved, but as you can see yours is straight. I'd suggest trying to do one single flowy line for the loa! And the anatomy is a bit off, the head is quite big and the legs are a bit short. I'd suggest trying to focus on learning how anatomy works! keep going!
