Figure & Hand drawing - how to continue from the line of action?

Hi! I've been practicing figure & hand drawing about a month, and I think I'm stuck. I have 2 questions:

1. How to continue from the line of action? Like, how to actually add form/volume to it?
2. Any critique on my current practice?
