I had stopped practicing for around 3 years and noticed I forgot so much of the vital fundamentals that go into figure drawing and anatomy. It's going to take a while to get back on track, but here I am on day 1.
Key things I have noticed: I am fixating way too much on the details instead of the flow. My goal is to be able to draw with more freedom and expression. It's true that I need a basic understanding of muscles and bones, but I also need to remember croquis is not meant to be perfect.

This is just a personal practice journal, but I appreciate any and all feedback!

I've been working on improving my understanding of head/face structure. It's only been 4 days now and I don't expect much improvement in that time span, but I need some advice on priorities when drawing a head as I can't seem to grasp how to portray a full head in the 30 second intervals. Any pointers on head anatomy? This and any other advice are welcome! These are what I have so far: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1AokZFvdwXOS1yUPVByNMn6WPhJiYyl03?usp=sharing
