You nailed the facial expressions! I have however two tips concerning the lower part of the drawing, and both are related to figurative drawing!
a) The index finger on the chin has an unnatural and "stressed" look to it.
SOLUTION: try some quick 30sec, 1min, 5min consecutive hand drawings to nail the anatomy and incorporate it into your next manga drawing!
b) I might be wrong, as I do not have the reference drawing, but it seems that the shoulder on the left extends a bit unnaturally.
SOLUTION: Same as a), figurative drawing. Invest a bit of time into learning bone structure and how the neck, shoulders and upper chest are tied together.
Thanks I'll give both of these ideas a go, I think in the original reference the character was angled slightly forwards, but I think in drawing the clothing folds I messed up how she tilted.
Still got a lot of foreshortening practice to go it seems.
