i can see you do this part line thing where people put their pen on the paper and do the lines part for part, try to losen up your hand, draw with the full shoulder and try to do longer lines, fluent and full lines without so much lifting of your hand, that will improve your dynamic and reducs stiffness. Try not to shade, focus on shading when youve reached a good dynamic and anatomy, you can focus on light when youve done that.
Over all good work but you should do hands and feet, dont stay in your comfort zone to much ;)
