I really like it! I like how sketchy and rough it is! Only thing that point out is how the face is centered... Then again my sense of orientation isn't the best; Good work overall!

Instead of trying to blend the shadows so much maybe try to define where the different shades start and end. A good start for better neck position is trying to find the sternocleidomastoid muscle. It connects from the back of the ear to the pit of the neck and is a very valuable landmark for drawing.

You have a great feel for the sculptural, it's as I almost can touch it. To enchance this you should be more thoughtful of how you light the surface. The forehead sits in the same plane space as the top of the head, meaning the shadow should more unified in this area. Also the reflected light on the cheek and jaw are a bit too strong, and you can bring it closer to the value of the darker shadow. Changing these things should make it feel more convincing as a form alltogether.

You did a very clear separation of the light and shadow family, nice ! Just be cautions with the reflect light value ( shadow family), is very easy to making it the same value as the halftones in the light family!
