Your gesture drawings are coming along really well! It's definitely easy to tell what the pose is and you have a dynamic quality to your drawings. However, I would focus on trying to define the edges of your figure a bit more. Focus a little more on using a fluid, circular building technique, even though what you've got going is prtty good. I recommend watching videos on youtube of artists doing live figure drawing of dancers or something, because that helped me develop a dynamic style and to work quickly. Working from life is also a wonderful idea! I think you could also work on keeping your individual figures together a little more-- some of the lines look like they're a bit separated from their figures.
Overall, you're doing a really good job! Keep practicing, and keep up the good work!
