Done as part of a 1 hour class.

My current goal is: Improve at correctly capturing the overall proportions of the human form

Something that is important to practice is completing the drawing in increments, by which I mean you do the gesture of the full figure, then you define the forms of the full figure, then you render the full figure. I would pay attention to ensuring the whole drawing is being completed without any part being neglected. If you are working on a specific section of the body, only draw that section (say, a leg, or head).

although proportions of limbs and torso are pretty right the shape and proportions of head are quite messy. also use as few lines as possible during a gesture drawing as you are not required to recreate the silhouettes of the image but the force an momentum of the postures. first try to capture this then you can move onto getting proprtions correct.
