Kindredmarie in parkour there are these ideas of how movement and flow should be....one of these ideas is 'progressions' for example: imagine yourself going for a sandwich and the step yo make unntil you eat it! now yo can make less steps in doing and action until you can make even without thinking of it and economizing the wayyou move...the ideas in drawing could be in the way you use your lines, try to make a progression! doing less steps on gettin the contour of an image! i hope these ideas improve your drawing! greeting from Ecuador

Nice job! is really dificult to do this exercises but it helps a lot to improve. I find this exercise quite stressing so a base tip that I can offer is to try to simplify the body in forms and in sections (for example you can see the an arm an the folds can be your guide) to then add the details (if thats waht you want to do for your style of drawing).

First off I want to say that I think this is a very good start. I think your drawings could benefit from more flowy lines to help it be less stiff. Try to be more expressive rather than technical. I put a link below for arms and legs that I think is simple and could be helpful.
