Here's my latest first ever 18 second warm-up. What do you think about my warm-up? Is there something right, or wrong, or am I all set??

You could vary it up a bit: draw circles from the shoulder, other geometric shapes like triangles, spirals in both directions, and straight parallel lines, as well as scribbles like these. Doing different things will allow your arm and wrists to get used to both broad and precise movement.
