Hello Sine, this is a lovely drawing! It actually looks a lot like my friend's mom who I lived with for a while when I traveled overseas! I think you captured her "essence" wonderfully, I feel like I get a sense of the personality when I look at this. If anything, I would say maybe bring the lips and fulcrum just slightly to the left to position it more centered under the true center of the nose, not the overhang of the tip of the nose which jets out past the true center.

Oops, darn you auto-correct! I was trying to say philtrum, not fulcrum of the lips LOL!

I'm not sure exactly what you mean by rendering (usually when I think of rendering I think of shading/coloring not linework).
If you're trying to improve your linework for faces I would study the loomis method and the planes of the face (in fact i would probably memorize these planes).
Loomis is very useful for breakdowns and if you practice drawing faces from scratch, drawing one from reference will become MUCH easier. I would focus on learning how/where to place features and less on drawing contours and trying to "eyeball" everything. You will learn much more this way.
I think the style is nice and loose and captures some personality which is great.

This is dope. WITH solid linear lines, a masterpiece might come forth.
