Day 38- Girl in Perspective 2

by Jordankinsley, October 13th 2020 © 2020 Jordankinsley

25 minute piece

Done as part of a 1 hour class.

My current goal is: Better understand human anatomy, so I can render imagined poses

I am trying out this perspective idea for practice, seems like its helping.

Hello, I like the art work here. Its easy to give bad critique on literally anything but I wiil give it my best shot. Im sure you've heard that in order to understand the fundamentals you should consider using simple shapes to build the anatomy that way it will help your piece add volume and form making it more life like.

What I mean is, you should -if not already, use reference. Im one of those beginner artist and stuff like this is what professionals talk about when the say, the Don'ts of Digital or Traditional Design.

I like the fact that you used coloring. I hope that if you reply you can understand what im saying because if I were you, I honestly wouldn't want to read all this..........Sorry.

I see what you are saying especially with this piece, I will try using the simple shapes to form anatomy better in my future pieces. Most of the time I just imagine the cylindars and forms, but I can see how it would help if I built the drawings out of them.
