Hello Bubs,

Really great 30 minute practice! I am impressed with your clean and deliberate line work. The way you flesh out the forms of the longer studies is executed well. The posing and the balance of the 30 sec drawing is my favorite. In general, your spacing and ability to show weight in these sketches is fantastic. I can only encourage you to continue working on proportions. Great job!

Bravo, Bubs! Bravo on your 30 min class mode sketches and drawings, of the figures. I think you're doing a great job on the overall proportions of the human form, except that the fluidity could use a little bit more work, as a result, my critique is that one 30 second pose has a bit too many a choppy straight line. Why can't you please be more loose and bolder with your strokes and light touches, thru using your whole shoulder, instead of your wrist, by warming yourself up with 30 minutes of 30 second quick sketches of figure studies? (1800secs/30 s=60 drawings in a day)

The reason why is because, it could make your overall proportions reduced in stiffness, and to make them look and seem dynamic, energetic, fluid, and lively. Maybe this Proko video could and would help you out.

This is the first part of the 3 part mini-series with Tim Gula, and it's about making quick scribbles of the poses. Plus, if your first current goal is that what I've told you, then I allow and suggest that you go for it.

So cheers to you, and good luck on your next post.
