5 min poses

Hi there, I'm seeking feedback on my 5 min pose drawings. I have been using LOA for a while and am posting for the first time (this is my second of today). My goal is to create fluid poses that feel dynamic, so any feedback would be greatly appreciated. I draw traditionally and in the last mouth have been exploring digital drawing. These poses were completed digitally - no alterations were made to the drawings digitally e.g. things shrunk to get proportions correct, as I am striving to learn proportions etc. by eye/measuring. Thank you for taking the time to look at my work :)

Done as part of a practice session with poses of 5 minutes in length.
My current goal is: Reduce stiffness and make my drawings feel more dynamic, energetic, fluid

Hello Hathel! Loving your choice to use colorful lining rather than basic colors :). My suggestion to you is short and simple here.. Experiment with exaggerating those curving lines. Make them push-and-pull a bit more and see how dynamic it makes your drawing looks. These feel just a bit stiff and tight.

Something else that you can try is to add a heavier line weight to the forms and body parts that are closest to the viewier. You've added a darker line in the parts of the body that overlap but they seem to be bit misplaced and strikingly dark and a bit in comparison to all of the lighter lines.

I would save those types of lines for shadows or forms that are in the front of the figure. (hoping this makes sense)
