Greater job on displaying your looser lines of action in your fish, but it's gestures just don't look or seem too powerful or bolder enough yet. Why don't you please loosen up your dominant hand with 5 minutes of 30 second sketches of fish and other animals?

The reason is because, your animals can and shall be rendered less stiffer but more looser but livelier. If you're curious about animal gesture drawing, kindly look into this Animal Drawing book.

This looks great! Shape looks really good. However I would try to improve on the angle of its tail fin as it looks 2D, maybe add shading where the folds are too. I would also try improve on where you are adding scales and where you are adding shading.

Other than that it looks great! Hopefully you take my advice in good feelings and keep going in your art journey!
