30 min class

Hi, I am relatevly new at art and this is my first class done. Upon complition I noticed what parts of drawing with lots of overlaps are looking too messy, especially in 30 sec drawings. Also some standing poses are looking too stiff. How can resolve these issues? Other critique of course is welcomed too. Thanks in advance!
