advice for my gesture drawings?

i did around 30 minutes of 1 min and 30 sec gesture drawings and i feel like they dont come out with that fluidity i see on others works is there a way i can start improving that?

try to draw with a single line don't draw over your mistakes, the stiffness that you see are that some poses even though you see them as straight with no movement, there's some nuance there, try and observe carefully where the model puts their weight
