Can I get some critiques and advice on my gestures?

Over the past couple of weeks I've completed about 83 gesture drawings, mostly 30 second and 2 minute drawings, but I would like some critiques on a handful of them if people don't mind. I believe I need to improve my ability to quickly and accurately convey proportion. Any and all advice is appreciated!
