I'm a model, rather than an artist, so I'm hoping someone out there can answer this question. A life drawing class will often commence with some short warm-up poses. Now, I have no problem if an artist or a group asks for "5 two-minute poses". But other times I'm asked for "5 two-minute <strong>dynamic</strong> poses" or "5 two-minute <strong>gesture</strong> poses"
My question: is there a difference in meaning between <strong>dynamic</strong> and <strong>gesture</strong>? Or do they mean the same thing?
