Done as part of a 30 minute class.
My current goal is: Reduce stiffness and make my drawings feel more dynamic, energetic, fluid. I seem to really be struggling with my lines when drawing people. Does anyone have any feedback?

If you tried to think first about lines of movement instead of volume, trying not to think about details of form, I believe you could improve the dynamism of the dynamic poses. You're doing a great job.

Great work! This looks like a solid practice session. From what I see you don't seem to be placing the lines incorrectly, the lines feel a bit flat. Contour lines are your best friend, they move along the surface of a form to describe it's shape. During your next practice session, try adding a few of these lines going around the body to help add both dynamism and fluidness, but also help you practice seeing the form as a 3-D object.

try to exaggerate the flow of the poses because details always add a bit stiffness later. maybe stay a bit longer with 30 sec poses and allow yourself to stay loose and draw what you feel rather then what you see.
i really really like your 30 sec poses!
