Nice job on your 30 min class, Kandyce. But, I've got one smallest request: why don't you do another equine animal, in 25 minutes, please?? Because if you do that, then your drawings of them will be even more solid, even more fluid, and even more lively.

These are very good, but it's important to include a line or two to indicate the hands (paws, hooves, feet) in the gesture as they both ground the drawing in space and express emotion or character.

Great fluid lines! Don't forget to try to focus more on interiort shapes first, imagine where the ribcage and skull are, and add the exterior lines to that.
