Done as part of a practice session with poses of 5 minutes in length. My current goal is: I don't know! I am an absolute beginner; I'm here to study the basics of rendering

Congrats on starting art! it's a fun journey.
So to dive into the study, I think your far left pose is definitley your strongest. upi captured her roundess really well and indicated the fat on her belly. i like the weight in that pose a lot. I notice that all three of your figures have little noodlely feet, and you can fix that in like 30 seconds. instead of thinking of the foot/leg as a L-shaped hook think of it as an wedge coming up into a cylinder (I always imagine a wedge of cheese???) the top of the foot rises up and tapers into the shin. Your off to a great start! Your sense of proportions is enviable. My biggest piece of advice is read as much as you can about getting the gesture of the pose. From there start looking at the positon of the pelvis, ribcage and head which should always help inform the gesture in your drawings. A great resource for this is the Figuary 2021 website. Like I said your off to a great start and have some natural talent for proportions, you just need to learn what to look for in a pose and then learn to "let go" in your drawings so that your work has a more natural feel to it. Another great way to get better at that is to practice a bunch of shorter poses (like 30 seconds) over and over again everyday so you can learn more in a faster way. Don't worry you don't have to do a ton just 10 minutes a day is great way to make some real progress.
