50 min sketch laying down

Done as part of a 2 hour class.
My current goal is: Better understand human anatomy, so I can render imagined poses

Great drawing! Just a note that the arms and legs got smaller as they progressed a but too quickly. Try maing it more of a gradual change in size.

It looks great for a start. You can study more about the proportions of the body and it would also help if you look at your reference more often(if you have one).

The torso and head are OK.
But the legs and arms could be done well.
Also, since you did in 50min, i recommend you practice gesture drawings and anatomy with less time. Quickposes.com and/or line-of-action.com websites are great for reference material and timer conditions. You will develop your skills much faster when drawing everyday and under certain time limits, trust me.
And only draw from imagination when you feel very comfortable with your skills. Trial and error are part of the process even when drawing with references.
