Done as part of a practice session with poses of 2 minutes in length.

My current goal is: Reduce stiffness and make my drawings feel more dynamic, energetic, fluid

Polyvios Animations

Well, Naima, nicer job on your clearer and cleaner but bolder but crisper lines of action and rhythm to your forces and forms, but I'm not getting enough of that more visceral and more insaner vitality and therefore, energy to your brushstrokes, so how would you like to kindly free up your arms and hands and wrists with 4 hours of 20 second scrawlier drawn poses? (3600x4/20,14,400/20=720 sketchier scrawls)

6x4=24 3x4=12+2=14, 140/20=7, 400/20=20.

The reason why you would and should do this littler request is because your line economy will be a lot lesser than stiffer, and furthermore, a lot more free-we in your exaggerations and emotions. If you are wanting and needing some more practice in general, (not just sketching) so please pick up a copy of Daniel Coyle's The Little Book of Talent, so that you can and shall look into one out of 52 diverse tips for your goals. My hat's off to you, yet go keep on sharpening your talents.

Great general gesture!! if you wish to better establish the rythm of the pose, consider exaggeration to portray the essense of each figures respective gesture. this is done quite easily by drawing in accordance to the line of action you can draw in the beginning phase of one of these sketches, allowing you to really get a feel for and capture the geneeral motion, that way you can draw it more accurately to its expression, and give it a sense of rythm and motion. Best of luck to you, and keep it up!
