I like the simplicity. I tend to have a lot of scribbly lines so it's good you can get some definite lines down. I think it's good for 30 seconds.

The fluid of the lines is good! Quick drawing can be hard since you tend to want to do details. I'd recommend when doing 30 sec drawings to do like 10 to keep the momentum going. These are good warm ups and yours looks really good!
