Hi Cecibart......I think you are too focused on the outlines and details of the anatomy.....especially in such a short time frame ......you should try to focus on capturing the energy of the pose.....which would loosen you up and give you more fluid natural lines.....you cant think about it....it has to be instinctive .......dont think about itjust draw what you see and in some cases what you feel the pose embodies.....then with longer time frames you can you can study the details of the anatomy ....gradually build up the figure.
