I notice that sometimes your proportions sometimes end up a bit astray.
An example is the top right of the image with the person raising their arm up, the bottom right of the image with the person sitting facing the right, and some people losing their legs on the left. It looks like to me you either panicked or may have been unsure how to continue the pose next.
You may benefit from using landmarks, such as placing forms for the rib-cage, pelvis, & head, or a line of action. That's not the only way to measure proportion or help with angles, but these can help with more technically difficult poses and help you make sense of it.
If you want it to look more realistic & resemble more of a figure, you can simply slow down and take a longer time. Class mode & the 5/10 minute modes can help you ease into this.
Regardless, If you're looking for quickly jotting down quick imaginary poses, or putting life in your figure drawings, these can definitely help aid with that! That's what gesture is for. I would hate to nerf how confident your marks are. Nice work!
