Don't skip drawing the hands. the only way to improve is to practice. keep at it!!

i would recommend trying to create your skeletons with dimension! i notice you find the line of action and map out the spine, ribs, shoulders, hips, etc., which is excellent practice, but try and see if you can envision how these internal structures are three-dimensional to focus on their form in addition to the shapes you already have.

first thing i noticed is the head is WAY too big, when drawing adults please remember that (on average) they are around 6 - 7 heads tall. Also, remember that when doing gesture, its WAY more important to get the energy and proportions right than any anatomic details, the channels proko and veil have some very good examples on this
