Let's get Digital, Digital

I am am a analoge artist, so digital art is not my forte. I was recently inspired by a few of you who work exclusively digitally, so I thought I would give it a go. Each of these are ten minute drawings. As you can see, I am much more clutzy with a digital pen, as it does not fully register all of my marks in the same way paper does. So my drawings are nowhere nearly as detailed or accurate as they are on paper. I struggled to understand how best to use the brushes in the program, and it slowed me down significantly. I made these in Paint on my PC. I am also using a 16-inch Huion Pro tablet. I mention these items to share that, although it is a good tablet, it is most likely a skill issue. But maybe there are better programs out there that work better with this kind of tablet? I don't know. I mainly use the drawing tablet as an editing tool, so I am unversed in good digital drawing programs. Thanks in advance for your advice and critiques. JCML Fine Art
