Good suggestion, I don't use to draw with tablet so I start to put a lot of lines so It could be a litlle crazy. But I will try !!!

First, you did a really good job capturing the motion of the piece and the proportions of the human.
My only recommendation for making possibly a "cleaner" looking 5-minute pose would be to break the figure down into shapes rather than quickly sketching to fill out the proportions
