Done as part of a 30 minute class. My current goal is: Improving my art in all aspects especially that of the human form

Hey, great job! I think you did well in capturing the anatomy and line of action. However, I think you would benefit by practicing on harder body shapes or poses. A lot of times people get comfortable and are ok with rough sketches and basic, lean body shapes. Which isnt' bad, but it can limit your artistic range. I love that you did a rough outline for the face, I hope art brings you fufilment.

Good sense of proportion! You may want to incorporate a few more curved lines, they relieve stiffness and give a sense of rhythm to the body. Still, Not Bad!

Nicest job of them all, Amurphyr, on your conté pastel drawing. But, I've got one more smaller request: Why don't you do another figure study, in conté crayon, in 30 seconds, all flipped vertically, if you pretty, pretty, pretty please???? The reason why you could do this is because, you'll have a lot of fun sketching the human figure studies. And second, to step up the plate of your observations of figure drawing gestures. Expect that it benefits your next work.
