I dont know much about coloured pencils so take my advice with a grain of salt, but i think your art could improve by blending out the colours more/making them more saturated. Besides that, it looks very nice :)

If I could give some helpful advice, it would be: what is your current goal on your drawing faces?
The reason why is because you could and should be more clearest on what you need and want to do.

Excellent color portraits. Keep doing these and add some color figures. I would have given you a gold STAR, if I had one. You might want to check out color pencil portraits on the internet. Keep practicing.
