Day 005

Done as part of a 1 hour class. My current goal is: Better understand human anatomy, so I can render imagined poses Trying hard to do fewer/longer lines instead of small strokes. It's very hard for me at the moment. Each pose ended up taking me a lot longer than it should; I had to pause the timer everytime in order to get the feel right.

These are very good, and very accurate to porpotion! little critque though, you should darken your lines a bit more in curtain areas :)

That set of sketches is extraordinary, Trass84. If I was to give you some completely and positively honest advice, it would be this. Would you please check out this link here??

The reason why you could do this is because, it could and should help out on making your gestures even more looser, lighter, longer, larger, and livelier in your rough drawings. So hat's off to you.

Those gesture are very nice, i would recoment though, two things, simplify the contourns of your lines, try to get them in less strokes, dont fear been wrong, let the lines be, first focus on been able to gain confidence and later try to get them more accurate, i think that its important to see how wrong our lines are in order to fix them, trying to "get them right" by doing smaller lines doesnt help, also, i would recommend, at your time, take some loonger poses 5 minutes for example, and try to draw those poses with simple forms, like cubes and cilinders, some poses feel a little flat.

Hope it helped!
