2 hour face practise

Face practise 2 hour long, last one was 40 minutes. I really feel like I should improve the digital rendering overall but I always feel overwhelmed by the sheer amount of work to do. I don't really know how to improve that, as I am not sure about good tutorials on that matter. If anyone has tipps please tell me :D
