Done as part of a practice session with poses of 2 minutes in length.

My current goal is: Better understand human anatomy, so I can render imagined poses

Good morning, Cartoonistahn, it's me again, I'm fine, how are you? I just really wanna say, great job on your lines of action and lively lines of rhythm. Please keep going at that thing.

I've got one small suggestion or recommendation: I love your quick sketching, but I am not getting enough of that gutsy power in that rough sketch phase. Would you please free up your hands with 4 hours of 19 second ruff attitude sketches in various states of nudity? (14,400/19= about 768 ruff attitides) The reason why you could, would, and should do this warm-up exercise is as a result, to make your overall human anatomy less stiff, and more dynamic, vital, and energetic. For more info, be sure to look into this link of the Shamus Culhane pdf to you to check out, please. Check it out for the quick sketch pages. Good luck to you and your eternal growth, and my hat's off to you.

I beilive they are incredibly well done my only recommendation would be too loosen up the figure with more curves as some look a bit stiff , but you're doing amazing.

I feel like you have a very good sense of proportion in the torso, hips and legs, but I feel that you could focus a little bit better in the placement and lenght of the arms, because they look out of place because one part is a lot larges or bigger than the other. Try to place the joints first and then draw the outher part of the arm. Other than that, you are doing an amazing job!!
