I wish these were more entire bodies, not just fragments. I often use partial gestures as a crutch for not having a good grasp of balance and flow, I wonder if you're doing the same? Or maybe running out of time? You could work those muscles by making your sketch time even shorter to really force yourself to take in the pose quickly. It's frustrating, but pays dividends almost immediately. Doing them quickly will also improve your line confidence, I'm seeing a lot of short scratchy lines. Longer, more confident lines will help each pose flow and be more expressive.
As far as your few full-body gestures, I think your body proportions are good. The heads may be a tad small, and maybe the torso a touch too long.

i super appreciate the feedback and will take it into account, both the scratchy lines and more complete poses. I have heard similar comments about my cratchy lines and i am working on them so Thank You!
