wow great work there the bird looks pretty cool the girl in perspective is also pretty good youre on the right path,im also still learning so ill tell you what helped me get better,
-using an overarm grip while drawing- this makes you focus less on details and more on the overall gesture and gives more flow to your lines instead of making your drawings look stiff.you can draw details normally but use this for gesture.and also, it makes you look pro too lol.
-using 3d shapes instead of 2d for filling volumes,ie using spheres instead of circles,a cylinders and cubes for filling in various places.draw and think in 3d.
